Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Guest Services Executive to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs and addressing inquiries throughout the stay.

You will support a Conrad Service Team, maintain knowledge of facilities and promotions, and help deliver memorable experiences while upholding Hilton grooming and service standards. Shift flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, Tourism or Customer Service background advantageous.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused.
• Ability to stay calm handling multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests; ensure smooth check-ins/outs.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, restaurant menus and promotions.
• Promote Hilton Honors benefits to guests.
• Liaise with Duty Manager and other departments to deliver outstanding service.
