You will manage prep, ordering, hygiene, and a small kitchen team, maintaining high standards during busy shows and quieter nights, while collaborating with bar and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional kitchen experience, including fast-paced settings.
• Ability to design a crowd-friendly menu and ensure quick, consistent cooking.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen handling.
• Excellent organisation, stock control, and cost awareness.
• Calm under pressure during busy service and able to work evenings/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Plan, cook, and refine a livehouse-friendly menu (shareable plates, quick-turnaround mains).
• Prepare and serve food for audiences during doors and between sets.
• Provide meals for artists and crew, including hospitality riders and dietary needs.
• Manage prep and service around show schedules, including rush periods.
• Order stock, manage suppliers, and control food costs and waste.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards per local regs.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Train and supervise kitchen assistants and part-time staff.
• Collaborate with bar and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Cater for private events, launches, and special nights when needed.
