KNS Food Junction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a head chef to lead our kitchen operations, overseeing every dish from conception to plating. You will be responsible for staffing, ensuring health and safety standards, and driving culinary creativity across menus.

The role requires stamina, strong knowledge of ingredients, and excellent organizational and supervisory skills to manage a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand for long hours and work extended hours while creating new dishes.
• Solid knowledge of food products and their availability to plan cuisine accordingly.
• Strong organizing, supervising and time-management skills to oversee kitchen activities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all dishes from start to finish in the kitchen.
• Hire and fire kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Dream up new recipes and menu ideas for the restaurant.
