Job summary

ERT EMPLOYMENT PTE. The role covers Burmese and local cuisines across multiple concepts, including The Coastal Settlement.

You will lead the culinary team, develop recipes, manage budgets, and ensure dishes meet the establishment’s standards for taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience managing kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of Burmese and Asian cuisines.
• Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning and development with seasonal offerings.
