Job summary

Revolution Bistro in Henderson Road, Singapore, is seeking a Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation, supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of quality, safety and guest experience. Asian cuisine experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Supervising other kitchen staff and maintaining discipline.
• Plan, organise and direct preparation and production of all food items.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
• Develop menus and manage costs to stay within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and direct the preparation and production of all food items in the kitchen.
• Ensure dishes are high quality, well presented and served timely.
• Maintain kitchen efficiency and cleanliness according to standards.
• Lead and train kitchen staff, schedule shifts and address performance issues.
• Oversee cost controls, inventory, and supplier coordination.
