You will manage a team, oversee inventory and costs, collaborate with front-of-house, and create memorable dining experiences while maintaining high sanitation and safety practices.

• Proven experience as Executive/Head Chef in reputable establishments.
• Specialization in Burmese or Southeast Asian cuisine preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience in menu development and cost control.
