Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Barista, Lead Barista, or Supervisor in a specialty coffee/tea establishment or premium F&B retail environment.
• Strong appreciation and knowledge of tea, loose leaf, blends, brewing techniques, latte art.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate baristas to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead Beverage R&D and menu innovation to create signature beverages.
• Drive tea training and staff development across all outlets.
• Establish SOPs for beverage prep, presentation, and workflow efficiency; ensure QSHC compliance.
• Oversee daily store operations, shifts, and team leadership with outlet I/Cs and Retail Coordinators.
• Coordinate inventory and supplier needs to prevent stockouts across locations.
