Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a barista in specialty coffee.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory/training role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and calibration of equipment.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to handle fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations ensuring beverage recipes are met.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Calibrate espresso machines, grinders, and filters to maintain taste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic work environment.
• Train and coach staff on beverage prep and workflow.
• Mentor baristas and develop SOPs and training materials.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with management on beverage menu and seasonal specials.
