Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical contributor for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering – Media Health team in Singapore.

The role focuses on manufacturing execution, test flow optimization, and reliability improvements for next‑generation HBM products. You will collaborate with Fab, Design Engineering, and Quality teams to drive yield, cost, and cycle time improvements, while advancing DFT strategies and automation to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
• Solid problem‑solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools (Python or JMP).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage across HBM architectures and process nodes to ensure manufacturing effectiveness.
• Developed, validated, characterized, and qualified next‑gen HBM products for market readiness.
• Supported design verification and circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improved test yields from device issues across DRAM, interface, and stacked die yield; reduced test time.
• Conducted root-cause analyses and resolved manufacturing test flow, QA, and RMA issues.
• Promoted innovation and drove changes to maintain Micron’s competitive edge; mentored others.
