Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Engineer for HIG HBM - PE Design Validation to drive end-to-end validation of high-bandwidth memory interfaces.

You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality teams, perform data-driven validation, and help debug test modes and designs to ensure high quality, low-power memory solutions for AI/ML workloads. The role requires a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, up to 2 years of experience, and hands-on exposure to HDL,

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor process, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to Schematic, Simulation, Data Analysis, Lab Debug or Pattern Manipulation.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform Validation Work on Test modes and Design using simulation, data analysis, and ATE/bench analysis.
