TIANTIAN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations at our neighbourhood hardware and home-goods outlets in Singapore.

The role involves leading a small team, managing inventory, merchandising, and assisting with deliveries and stock movement, including heavier items. We require at least two years of retail or supervisory experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and weekend availability on a roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail or supervisory role.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of duties.
• Weekend and public holiday roster availability.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills; punctual and reliable.
• Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems.
• English reading and communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and uphold service standards.
• Lead, train and motivate staff; assist with rostering and attendance.
• Receive deliveries, perform stock counts and replenishment.
• Move, lift and secure heavier hardware and household items for storage and displays.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash, and complete daily admin tasks.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and loss prevention.
• Assist customers with product advice and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance needs to the Store/Operations Manager.
