Job summary

C K HOME PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across co-living premises in Singapore. The role requires proactive, self-directed work and effective communication with tenants.

Responsibilities include repairing fixtures, painting, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and routine inspections. Travel between properties using a motorbike will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication with tenants.
• Own a motor bike to travel around; Class 3A license to drive a van.

Responsibilities

• Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets and other fixtures.
• Perform painting work.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical issues (lighting, switches, sockets).
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fittings).
• Basic air-condition servicing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Relocate furniture from apartment to apartment as per tenant request.
