Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist with site walkthroughs, coordinate with tenants' contractors for unit setup, renovation and reinstatement works. You will perform routine upkeep of M&E, ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and assist with kitchen hood filter servicing for F&B tenants.

The role requires a Nitec/Higher Nitec and at least 2 years in commercial facilities maintenance; you must be a team player willing to OT.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of building systems such as M&E, ACMV, plumbing; basic AV support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site walkthroughs and coordination with tenants' contractors for unit setup, renovation, and reinstatement works.
• Carry out routine upkeep and minor repair tasks for building systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and sanitary fittings.
• Perform scheduled servicing of kitchen hood filters for F&B tenants.
• Conduct regular checks on public and back-of-house areas to identify and report maintenance issues such as power trips, leaks, or cooling faults.
• Monitor and update maintenance logs, weekly building condition reports, and monthly inspection records.
• Check and maintain fire safety equipment including extinguishers, hose reels, and dry risers to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Support landlord's team on repair and upkeep works of shared facilities and systems.
• Assist in overnight maintenance works, such as equipment replacements or major system upgrades, when needed.
