Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to drive one of its key native build platforms. You will design robust solutions, review code, and troubleshoot complex production issues across backend, mobile, and web teams, while guiding developers and ensuring disciplined delivery.

Requires 8-10+ years in software development with full-stack expertise, strong AWS experience, and a track record in architecture, security, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and ongoing enhancements for one of CDL key native build platforms.
• Provide technical directions to developers and review solutions and architecture for a quality platform. Coding is required when necessary.
• Troubleshoot production issues across backend APIs, mobile & web apps, databases and infrastructure integrations.
• Support modernization of product architecture and infrastructure, with AI initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and security standards across the platform.
• Support security remediation including SAST, SCA, DAST and penetration-testing findings.
• Manage branching, code-merging and release practices.
