Job summary

AngelHack Developer Labs is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a development team through design, implementation, deployment and support across multiple client projects in web, mobile, and cloud.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on making key technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and serving as the technical contact for clients, including on-site visits in Singapore as needed.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen, based in Singapore
• 4–7 years hands-on software development experience
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience building mobile apps with React Native and/or Flutter
• Hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Experience across full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, support)
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Singapore
• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and ability to make sound decisions under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: lead and mentor a development team through all project phases
• Project Delivery: own technical delivery from design to post-launch support
• Client Engagement: be the technical point of contact for clients, including on-site visits
• Team & Process: improve development practices, coding standards, and delivery processes, report status to management
