Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

The role involves preparing, reviewing, and controlling engineering documentation to support internal and external requests, including ECR/ECN and 8D/CAR processes. You will coordinate sample testing and ensure traceability across departments. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with industry certification standards.
• Hands-on in managing parts return analysis with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and review technical documentation, data, specifications and procedures, including ECR/ECN, 8D/CAR.
• Support handling of warranty parts return and documentation with internal departments and external parties.
• Coordinate and arrange chemical samples with external laboratories for testing.
• Maintain documentation updates and control of technical and engineering records for traceability.
• Work with internal departments to support documentation requirements and submissions to external parties.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and Management.
