Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified QA professional to lead outgoing quality assurance for handler machines and related collaterals, ensuring consistent product quality across our manufacturing lines.

You will develop and maintain test procedures, inspection procedures, work instructions, and control plans; perform root cause analysis on non-conforming products using 8D methods; train OQA technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of QA experience in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, CAPA and control plans.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015; internal auditor preferred.
• Ability to develop Work Instructions, SOPs and CAPA reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform OQA testing and inspection of handler machines and related collaterals.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, inspection procedures, work instructions, and control plans.
• Conduct failure analysis on non-conforming products using 8D methodology and prepare CAPA.
• Participate in quality meetings to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide on-the-job training to OQA Technicians on testing and inspection methods.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis for RMA/site escalations; prepare failure analysis reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable QMS requirements.
