Job summary

On The Way To Success is hiring an Assistant QA Engineer / QA Engineer in Ang Mo Kio. You will manage engineering records including ECR/ECN and 8D/CAR, and prepare manuals with English-Chinese translations.

The role requires a engineering degree or diploma, 2+ years of experience (semiconductor preferred), and strong English/Chinese language skills for liaison and documentation. Multi-tasking and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma/degree required.
• 2+ years of experience, semiconductor preferred, or fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience.
• Strong English and Chinese proficiency for translation and liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage, compile, and review ECR/ECN, 8D/CAR, and engineering records.
• Prepare equipment manuals and perform English-Chinese translations.
• Coordinate warranty parts returns and support hands-on return analysis across departments.
• Arrange chemical samples with external laboratories.
• Assist internal teams with customer/third-party document submissions and ad-hoc tasks.
