Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineering Assistant focused on Electronics Certification and outgoing inspection. You will resolve CofC/Q-stock issues, troubleshoot systems, and support data generation for internal and customer reports, while assisting QA with improvements.

Entry level candidates are welcome; engineering or technical diploma is preferred, with good PC skills and analytical ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical diploma required.
• Preferably 2 years relevant experience.
• Entry level candidates welcome.
• Good level of PC skills (Microsoft applications).
• Good analysis skills and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily CofC / Q-stock issues to enable sufficient wafers quantity for shipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the existing CofC / Q-stock system to ensure closure of inspection lot to meet timely delivery.
• Assist in the generation of data for internal quality reports and external customer capability reports.
• Check CofC data integrity and ensure successful uploading of CofC to customers website, where applicable.
• Assist QA Engineer and Manager with continuous improvement activities.
