Job summary

EVER-SHINE FOOD SUPPLIER PTE. LTD. in Pasir Panjang, Singapore, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to keep the fresh produce supply and distribution running smoothly.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate purchasing, and manage manpower to meet customer needs. This hands-on role requires at least 5 years in operations, strong procurement and delivery coordination, and the ability to lead warehouse, packing and transport teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in fresh produce, food distribution, wholesale or logistics preferred.
• Able to supervise multiple teams and coordinate schedules.
• Basic computer skills for records and reporting.
• Willing to work 6 days per week and occasional night duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Plan manpower schedules and supervise teams.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory and supplier liaison.
• Plan delivery routes and monitor on-time performance.
• Maintain quality standards and cost control; report issues.
