Job summary

The HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level IT Support professional to assist in daily IT operations and help implement IT projects.

You will provide end-user support for hardware, software, networks, and common applications while maintaining documentation and security policies. You will coordinate with vendors for devices and services, handle service requests, and participate in desktop and patch management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Level 1 IT Support with End User experience.
• Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Computer related.
• Team player with initiative to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Specialist in daily IT operation tasks.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT-related projects across the organization.
• Coordinate with incumbent vendors for Zebra mobile computers, tablets and IT related equipment repair and related services to ensure continuity and compatibility.
• Provide IT technical support to end users such as PC hardware & software, MS Windows & Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, Network, APs, Wireless LAN, CCTV, Google Suite, Email, Mobile devices, WMS & other in-house applications.
• To update the helpdesk on daily incidents, unlock accounts, update tickets on task completed activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with our IT policies.
• Maintain and operate patch management programs and ability to manage remote computers using beyond trust software for IT Support.
• Primary Support for end user support including user onboarding and offboarding.

Support IT Projects
