VINTAGE EMERALD PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced outlet manager with strong hair styling and leadership skills to oversee daily operations in Singapore. The role focuses on driving profitability while maintaining exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in hair-related roles, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, to lead a professional team and uphold high housekeeping and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and assist in operational matters.
• Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Upsells clients on products and services.
• Lead team with exceptional customer service.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
