CARPE DIEM BJJ CENTRAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking part-time Gym Operation Executives for our Spottiswoode and Katong studios.

You will handle receptionist duties, sales and membership enquiries, and help maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment. We require you to be organized, detail oriented, a proactive problem solver, and able to extend elegant hospitality under pressure. Minimum six months, two weekdays per week, immediate start, and legal work eligibility in Singapore with no visa

We are Carpe Diem. We teach Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, to adults and kids, at three studios in Singapore. Our mission is to encourage people to train martial arts, instilling future-ready resilience in them.

We are currently ranked the #1 Jiu-Jitsu team in Asia, and our instructors are part of the Singapore National Teams in Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Wrestling.

We are looking for part-time Gym Operation Executives to join the Carpe Diem team at our studio in Spottiswoode and Katong.

Job responsibilities include:

• Receptionist duties
• Tend to onsite sales and membership enquiries
• Housekeeping and cleaning
• Facility set up and maintenance

We need you to be:

• Organised
• Detail oriented
• A problem solver
• Handle pressure with grace
• Able to extend elegant but approachable hospitality
• Minimum commitment of 6 months, at least 2 week days a week
• Able to start immediately
• Legally allowed to work in Singapore, with no visa sponsorship required
• Previous gym operations of f&b experience beneficial
