Job summary

Snap Fitness Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and drive member engagement. You will lead a small team, handle administrative tasks, and support PT sales while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes achieving KPIs, delivering quality customer service, and collaborating with management to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth class delivery across the club.

Qualifications

• Minimal 1 year experience in fitness-related industry.
• First Aid + AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Social media savvy including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership related issues and members' feedback
• Submission of club weekly and monthly reports

• Assist and support the Club Manager in all matters that is required by The Management
