Job summary

Zouk Clarke Quay PTE. LTD. is seeking hospitality staff to ensure smooth guest experiences at the venue. You will manage guest handstamps, update reservation lists at doors, and stay informed about current promotions and DJ lineups to assist guests before shifts.

Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and English communication skills are essential. You will be part of a team, maintain a polished appearance, and warmly greet every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a proper handstamp and check handstamp for all re-entry guests; look out for suspicious handstamp.
• Update guest lists and table reservation lists at all doors.
• Know all covers charge pricing, name of the DJ, credit card promotion and any latest promotion before shift.
• Assist with customer enquiries.
• Greet guests with a smile.
