Job summary

You will handle reservations and enquiries, register check-ins, and manage POS transactions with cash accuracy at each shift. Maintain a clean, safe environment and present a neat appearance while working with the team and performing ad-hoc duties as needed. The role requires the ability to work unsupervised and contribute quality service, with a willingness to assist

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members andmanagement.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
