Job summary

COMMONWEALTH CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a service crew to deliver quality customer service to all guests in our outlets in Singapore. You will greet guests promptly, make recommendations, upsell, and handle POS orders while maintaining cleanliness and efficient stock checks. You'll escalate complaints when needed and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Location: Causeway Point / North Point / Hougang01. No prior work experience required; primary/secondary level education is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/“O” Level, any field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
