Job summary

Kids Space in Bukit Timah, Singapore, is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in our restaurant team. You will greet guests, assist with seating, prepare tables, and ensure a smooth dining experience while supporting the Service Leader throughout shifts.

We value English fluency, a positive attitude, and at least 1 year in hospitality. Flexible days and weekend work are required; basic service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant service or F&B.
• Basic restaurant service certification desirable.
• Combination of practical experience and education will be considered.
• Outstanding customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of the restaurant.
• Support Service Leader in seating and table preparation.
• Greet customers and provide a positive dining experience.
• Present menus and direct customers to the QR menu on tables.
• Serve water and refill glasses as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Keep side stations stocked and clean.
• Handle customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist Service Leader with other requirements.
