- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required.
- Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist with catering events and buffet service when required.
