Job summary

Tian Tian Holdings (CRM) PTE. LTD. is seeking part-time F&B service staff at our Singapore restaurant to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will be the face of our brand, handling QR code ordering and seating guests. We welcome candidates with at least 2 years in F&B, a valid Food Hygiene cert, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Qualifications

• Min 2 years of F&B experience.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate.
• Speak clearly to communicate with guests and team members.
• Well-groomed, positive attitude and professional manner.
• Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with sanitation and cutlery.
• Greet guests and seat them at tables.
• Assist guests with QR code ordering and ensure correct serving.
• Answer questions or promote promotions/food products.
• Collaborate with team to provide attentive service.
• Perform cleaning duties at service station and dining area.
• Address customer service issues with management when needed.
