Job summary

Sogurt is hiring a Team Member to be the frontline face of our service. You will perform light food preparation, keep toppings stocked, and handle cashier duties to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include serving customers, managing queues during peak times, maintaining a clean service area, and following food safety guidelines. No previous experience is required as training is provided, and a friendly, outgoing attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends/public holidays as needed.
• Basic hygiene/food handling knowledge is a plus.
• Confident, outgoing, and loves interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Perform light preparation work, including washing and cutting fruits for toppings.
• Top up and maintain the topping bar (freshness, presentation, stock levels) throughout the shift.
• Operate the cashier: take orders, process payments, and handle basic POS functions
• Host customers and manage the queue, especially during peak hours
• Keep the service area, topping bar, and dining area clean and well-organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Assist with basic stock replenishment and inform the Supervisor of low stock
• Support opening/closing duties as assigned
