NuVe Group in Singapore seeks a guest services associate to satisfy guests' needs by attending to enquiries and delivering solutions with friendly service. You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and respond to guest requests to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, handle email enquiries, and help maintain accurate booking records. Entry-level hospitality education is preferred; candidate should be eager to learn and provide outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Education in Hospitality/Hotel Management is preferred.
• Entry-level specialization in Hotel/Hospitality fields is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Enter and update reservations accurately and promptly.
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide clear information and solutions.
• Attend to customer needs to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Follow up on email enquiries to maintain communication with guests.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to coordinate guest services.
• Complete assigned duties to support hotel operations.
