Job summary

OUE Restaurants in Singapore seeks frontline hospitality staff to welcome guests and deliver high-standard F&B service in our venues. You will liaise with colleagues, take orders, generate bills, and help ensure stock accuracy and procurement processes are followed.

You will observe hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations, assist the manager with daily operations, and participate in the Talent Advancement Programme Learning Guide while supporting ad-hoc projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests as they arrive and delivering service to a high standard.
• Perform F&B service operations in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout operations.
• Attend to guests' needs by engaging courteously and responding promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet business needs.
• Generate bills accurately via the Point-Of-Sale system.
