Job summary

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a friendly Reservation and Instant Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage calls, bookings, and inquiries while upholding our brand standards.

With Opera PMS knowledge and excellent communication, you will assist guests, upsell services, and help create a memorable stay at our voco property. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in hospitality and tourism management or related qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is an added advantage.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Must speak fluent English and another language.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
• Promote upsell opportunities and maximize room revenue.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and data in Opera PMS.
• Provide city information and hospitable recommendations to guests.
