MAKAN MALAH PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Singapore locations. You will support guests from greeting to service, assist with self-ordering kiosks, and help keep the restaurant clean and safe throughout shifts.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. The role emphasizes teamwork, rapid service, and adherence to QSC standards, with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior background needed; comprehensive training provided.
• Positive energy with a bright, approachable personality.
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment.
• Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-standard, welcoming guest experience.
• Lead briefings and service teams; step in for management when needed.
• Greet guests, assist with self-ordering kiosks, ensure quality standards.
• Manage on-the-floor escalations and customer feedback.
• Maintain inventory, manage supply orders, keep shop clean and safe.
• Rotate duties between kitchen and front counter.
• Handle basic food preparation tasks and operate equipment.
• Perform daily housekeeping and sanitation routines.
• Follow Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) guidelines.
• Support team with various tasks as requested by management.
