Job summary

Cenzo, part of CA Concepts, is seeking hospitality staff to join a team of international professionals at one of its four locations. You will handle reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating while maintaining exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, be highly responsible and reliable, and communicate fluently in English. A strong team spirit is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and schedule reservations.
• Greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
• Recognise regular guests and highlight preferences to the Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during operations.
• Record and report all guests’ complaints to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period.
• Ensure no standing bills stay on the system, and account for all voided items.
• Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base and personalising service.
• Ensure wait staff can describe dishes and specials clearly and are well groomed and efficient.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and proper setup of the Restaurant and connected areas.
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing training programs.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
