Job summary

PICKLE PADEL MOVEMENT is seeking a Front of House/Guest Relations professional for our Woodleigh Central Region facility in Singapore. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests at our premium pickleball and padel venue.

You will greet guests, handle inquiries, assist with check-in/check-out, resolve issues, and support the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-of-house within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering inquiries and providing information about services and facilities
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handling guest requests and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintaining a well-organized and clean front-of-house area
• Providing support to the wider hospitality team as needed
