Job summary

Pickle Padel Movement (PPM) in Singapore is seeking a Head Pickleball Coach to own and grow its pickleball programme, lead a coaching team, and develop players from beginner to competition level.

The role requires strong coaching experience, leadership skills and a proven ability to build programmes and communities within a club setting. Evening and weekend availability is expected to support club hours.

Qualifications

• Strong pickleball playing and coaching experience.
• Proven ability to coach multiple skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the pickleball programme: lead development and growth.
• Coach players from beginner to competitive levels and provide clear development pathways.
• Build and lead the coaching team, set standards and mentor staff.
• Develop competitive and community programmes and organise clinics, camps and events.
• Grow the PPM community and curate partnerships with local clubs and schools.
