Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Have operational knowledge of the point of sales system (POS) and cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Recommends menu items and takes guests' orders.
• Supervises food presentation and ensures overall guest satisfaction.
• Attends to guests' needs and pays attention to special requests.
• Ensures that all food and beverage orders are taken correctly and served promptly.
• Checks with guests on their feedback.
• Prepares and checks on the mise-en-place for each work station.
• Proficient in product knowledge and able to explain to guests accurately.
