• Sell wine and be familiar with pouring processes.
• Manage guest checks.
• Chat guests and serve as an expert in your craft and community.
• Consistently vibe check room and communicate with supervisors.
• Periodic inventory count service ware.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
