Responsibilities

• Hand out menus and wine lists to customers.
• Answer questions about the dishes and preparation.
• Take orders from customers and relay to kitchen or input into systems.
• Serve food and drinks, including pouring wine at the table.
• Remove dishes and keep stations clean and organized.
• Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure outlet is opened/closed properly and cash handled in manager's absence.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and inventory.
