Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for a well established Japanese restaurant in Central Singapore. You will oversee service, ensure smooth operations, handle guest feedback, coach staff and maintain hygiene and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a GCE O Level and above and 1-3 years of F&B managerial experience, focusing on guest satisfaction. Salary ranges SGD 3,800–4,000 per month with incentives; meals provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of the restaurant.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Monitor and maintain the operating systems of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Greet and coordinate guest seating and assign tables.
• Record and report food-related complaints to the Chef.
• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period.
• Promote the restaurant by building a loyal customer base and personalising service.
• Handle emergencies and difficult situations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant and pantries.
• Participate in monthly stock takes.
• Develop service-related training programs.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Plan weekly rosters.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Report restaurant status to General Manager daily.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
