Job summary

Well Established Japanese F&B Company is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. You will greet and seat guests, monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction during shifts.

Requirements include GCE O Level and above and 1–3 years of F&B supervisory experience. We offer excellent welfare and benefits and a central/east location with 5.5 days work week.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in F&B supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and coordinating the seating of guests.
• Recording and reporting all guests’ complaints to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
• Ensuring team briefings are carried out before each service period.
• Promoting the restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
• Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness, furnishings, equipment and proper setup of the restaurant and pantries.
• Participating in monthly physical stocktake of the restaurant, including glassware, plates and crockery.
• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in implementing and developing training programs.
• Developing and implementing service-related training programs.
• Preparing daily reports when the Restaurant Manager is away.
• Reporting restaurant’s situation daily to the Restaurant Manager.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
