Job summary

Nong Geng Ji CCP Pte Ltd is seeking candidates for a front-of-house role in Singapore. You will greet patrons, guide them to tables, and assist with seating arrangements while maintaining high service standards.

You will ensure courteous service, assist with mis-en-place, and keep the dining area clean. You must follow F&B safety policies, uphold workplace health rules, and be prepared for weekend and PH shifts as part of a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
• Plan table arrangement: set-up and clear tables where required
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
• Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
