Job summary

Nong Geng Ji CSM Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused hospitality team member to greet guests, direct them to tables, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

You will assist with mise-en-place, set-up and clearing, ensure prompt and courteous service, keep the dining area clean, and adhere to food safety and workplace policies. On-the-job training is provided with a 5.5 day work week and weekend/PH shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
• Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
• Prepare mise-en-place at side station before operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
