Job summary

The Lo&Behold Group in Singapore seeks a guest experience ambassador for its Somma restaurant. You will ensure guest satisfaction, help open/close the restaurant, and support a high-standard service environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensuring guest experience is delivered to the highest standards
• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Readily stand by at the pass, pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest
• Explaining the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
• Assisting station-in-charge to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and attend to tables in between courses
