Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Bell Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with front office and concierge to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

You will escort guests to rooms, explain amenities, and uphold Hilton’s service standards while supporting a busy hotel environment and shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and guest-focused approach when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• The ability to provide warm and attentive service in a busy hotel environment.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling guest luggage and personal belongings.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with different hotel departments.
• The ability to handle, move and transport guest luggage safely in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with operational requirements.
• A positive and professional approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Open main entrance doors and warmly welcome guests entering or leaving the hotel.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, tagging, storing and delivering luggage.
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, providing professional and personalised service.
• Handle, tag, deliver, retrieve and store guest luggage safely and efficiently, in accordance with Conrad brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records for long-term luggage storage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room amenities and emergency procedures.
• Receive and deliver mail, messages, parcels and newspapers for guests and the hotel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, local attractions, landmarks and transportation options.
• Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming presence at the lobby, entrance and driveway.
• Work closely with the Bell Captain and Concierge to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest service.
• Coordinate with the Concierge, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest movements; manage taxi and transportation arrangements.
• Adhere to hotel’s safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.
