Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs and assist with enquiries, ensuring every stay begins with warmth.

You will input guest details, process payments, promote Hilton Honors, resolve issues promptly, and work with Housekeeping, F&B and other teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to input information using a computer system.
• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
• 1 or 2 years of related working experience preferred.
• Upsell opportunities and Hilton Honors promotion awareness.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests in accordance with reservations and ensure accurate billing.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Process payments and manage guest folios, including currency exchange where applicable.
• Promote Hilton Honors benefits and upsell rooms when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and other teams to ensure seamless service.
