TEHC Leisure Pte. Ltd. invites a Customer Relations Officer to join our Golf Driving Range in Singapore.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service at the Front Desk and handling enquiries, bookings and transactions. You will collaborate with Operations and other teams to ensure accurate information and timely assistance, supporting events and programmes as needed while maintaining records and a welcoming environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, retail or related service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and comfortable interacting with different types of guests.
• Able to handle transactions, systems and administrative records accurately.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a calm approach when handling guest matters.
• Willing to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with guests and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly assistance.
• Handle enquiries on facilities, bookings, memberships, programmes and services.
• Process bookings, payments, vouchers and other Front Desk transactions accurately.
• Operate Front Desk, booking, membership and point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Handle routine feedback and service matters, escalating complex or sensitive issues appropriately.
• Support Front Desk opening and closing procedures and maintain a professional, organised environment.
• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to resolve guest and operational matters.
• Support events, activities and special programmes when required.
• Provide operational support during manpower requirements, within training and assigned responsibilities.
• Carry out other relevant duties that support the smooth operation of the facility.
