Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking staff to join a garden visitor services team at Botanic Garden/Napier MRT in Singapore. Work hours are 7.30pm to 7.30am with a 4 on/2 off pattern.

The role involves delivering excellent customer service, guiding visitors and handling queries in an outdoor setting. Responsibilities include roving duties, greeting visitors, ensuring safety, reporting incidents, and performing service recovery as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.

• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.

Requirements
